These terms apply to your use of bonplaya.com and of the official WordPress plugin "Nearby Beaches - BonPlaya". By using the site or the plugin you agree to them.

1. Scope BonPlaya.com is a community beach guide. The official plugin is Nearby Beaches - BonPlaya. Plugin code is licensed GPL-3.0-only; these terms also cover how you may use our site, brand and public data.
2. Plugin and public data The official plugin may fetch the public sitemap read-only as described in the privacy policy. That is allowed.
3. No warranty We do not guarantee sitemap uptime or that beach information is correct. Use for orientation, at your own risk.
4. Brand Plugin source is GPL-3.0-only. The BonPlaya name and logo remain BonPlaya's; the GPL does not grant trademark rights.
5. Prohibited use Do not impersonate official BonPlaya, and do not send excessive automated requests beyond a reasonable sync.
6. Reviews and photos Only your own experiences and photos. No spam, insults or advertising. By publishing you grant us the right to display the content on BonPlaya.
7. Moderation We may remove or block reviews, photos and accounts that do not meet these rules.
8. Account You are responsible for your account. Abuse may lead to blocking.
9. Changes We may change these terms. The current version is always on this page.
